Sea food with ouzo and pasta 1spoun chives ½ cup olive oil 200 gr. shrimps 200 gr. crawfish 200 γρ. mussels 2 big tomatoes cut in cubes 2 daphni leaves 1 spoun of parsley (cut in small pieces) salt & pepper 1 σφηνάκι ούζο 500 gr. pasta (rigatoni, pennes e.t.c.) Worm the oil in a middle temperature in a dip frying pan and saute the chines. We add the sea food (that are washed and cleaned also). We saute them for 2-3 minutes and we add ouzo. Then we add tomatoes and the rest of the aromatic essences. As soon as they start boil, we decrease the temperature and we cook the food for 10-12 minutes. Boil the pasta in salty water, we strain them, stair with some oil and serve with the sea food.. |
